Are we allowed to bring furniture or personal items from home?Yes of course, we encourage it.
If your current GP will continue to provide care whilst you are at Oak Park then yes, however if Oak Park is out of the surgeries caption area we would transfer your care to one of our surgeries for the duration of your stay.
