Bondcare Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
At Bondcare Group, the safety of our residents, staff and visitors and staff is of the utmost importance and is always at the heart of everything we do. Every year, the flu season poses a risk to our residents, so you can rest assured our staff are well-versed in hygienic practices and infection control – both of which will help minimise the risk of coronavirus infection.
Safety of Our Residents
We are taking all the necessary precautions and implementing measures to ensure the health & safety of our residents. Our staff have decades of experience in dealing with a wide range of sensitive conditions and are fully-equipped to deal with any respiratory issues our residents may have. All our care homes have Internet access and phone lines, so you can keep in touch with your loved ones whenever you’d like.
Temporary Restrictions on Visits
In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic and following the government’s advice, we request that all non-essential visits to our care homes are postponed until further notice.
We’re taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the optimum safety of our employees and residents, but we also rely on you to help us protect our most vulnerable residents by staying at home.
We are continuing to closely monitor the government advice daily and will remove these restrictions as soon as it is safe to do so.
Accepting New Residents
All our care homes are open to new residents with the necessary precautions and health checks in place for all new residents. View the list of our care homes to find the care home nearest to you and get in touch with the team to learn more.
