Rosewood House Care Home

Rosewood House is an 90 bedded care centre in the Heart of the East End of London. We pride ourselves on providing a wide range of services including Nursing and Nursing Dementia along with a Neurological unit offering rehabilitation and longer-term support. The home has a diverse group of residents and staff which reflects the multicultural nature of our local community, and this enables us to provide care which is based on the individuality of each resident whilst recognises the importance of community creating a homely vibrant environment. We recognise that the families and friends of our residents are a vital part of the team and actively encourage them to be involved in the lives of their loved ones and the wider life of the home and good transport links mean the home is easily accessible.
