Green Lane Care Centre with Nursing in Leeds

Green Lane Care Centre is a purpose-built 60 bed care centre situated in New Wortley in Leeds. We specialise in Nursing Complex Care, Dementia Care and Physical Disabilities.

Our person-centred approach means we focus our care on the individuals needs of each resident, providing close monitoring and support without taking away independence and dignity. For Green Lane, comfort and compassion is paramount so your loved one feels relaxed in their home away from home.

Accommodation for our residents is provided in single en-suite rooms that are arranged over two floors, along with communal areas including 1x dining room on both floors and 2x lounges to each floor, a salon for the visiting hairdressers. Our in-house chef creates a variety of fresh home-cooked meals using locally produced ingredients, catering to the needs of our residents.

Our activities coordinator plans an events schedule to encourage socialisation amongst residents and improve their personal wellbeing. Where COVID-19 restrictions allow, residents can go on regular trips to local shops, garden centres, the local park and places further afield in line with the official guidelines.

Our care home also offers Wi-Fi access and phone points in rooms, and is located close to public transport links for easy access from visiting family and friends.

Our fees vary across each home and are based on an assessment of the individual care needs. Some residents may be eligible for financial help towards the cost of care; this is determined on an individual basis. Our Home Managers will be able to discuss these matters further with you.

Our Staff

Sadie Suthern is the Registered Manager at Green Lane Care Centre, working along side an experienced team of Nurses, Senior Care Staff and Care Staff completely dedicated to their profession. We have a full dedicated team who are able to support from Catering / Domestic and Ancillary staff. Our close working relationships with local medical professionals means our residents can also have their own GP if required.
