Our core values are built around developing services that have the people we support at the forefront, and in control of the support being provided.

Our mission is to make a difference for people with learning disabilities, Autism and/or mental health needs by way of adapting our support to meet their needs. Through the ethos of positive behaviour support and the Active Support Framework, we can support people to live in the community, develop skills and forge a pathway to independent living. Every person we support is leading us and we thrive on enabling people in achieving their aspirations.

We have built our reputation on making things possible, bringing the right individuals together with the right support and working very closely with the professionals involved.

Dana Home Care – Supported Living

Dana Home Care provides support to 7 Supported Living Services in the London Boroughs of Brent and Barnet. These properties range from single studio apartments to 5-bedroom shared houses. We are able to deliver bespoke packages for specialised support tailored to the individual needs of the people we support.

Residential Care

In our 3 Residential Care Homes, the people we support receive a person-centred approach to their care, including being supported to personalise their rooms and being encouraged to fully participate in their daily lives. From being involved in the cooking and the household chores, to being supported to access the community.

The people we support are empowered to engage in activities they enjoy, based on their personal choices. This can include community activities for example attending colleges, clubs and day centres. As well as participating in other leisure activities for example bowling, swimming, shopping, horse riding, going out for meals and to the cinema.

Within the home, we empower people to choose their activities, depending on their interests. This may include activities such as arts and crafts, board games, watching TV/films, cookery, or gardening. People can be supported with their medical needs and any appointments if they require it and also supported and encouraged in maintaining relationships with family and friends.
