Clinical Lead

We are looking for a Clinical lead to join our team at Beeachcare Care Home,a rural facility located near Dartford that provides professional care for both elderly and younger adults.

The Clinical lead has overall responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and management to the immediate clinical team members. The focus of this role is on the day to day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, as well as supporting the Manager in their absence.
