Supported Living – Burton-on-Trent

ReachOut Supported Living is located within Burton-on-Trent and is part of Care Worldwide (Staffordshire) Limited. Currently we support people in two shared houses: The White Lodge on Rosliston Road and Park Lodge on Heath Road. They are both just a few minutes from Hill Lodge Residential Care Home and The ILC hub.

We are also able to support people in the comfort of their own home if they require support.

Supported Living accommodation allows people to live within the community without the risk of social isolation.

ReachOut supports people with all aspects of daily living including personal care.

We promote an enablement philosophy, promoting active participation in everyday living, with an emphasis on person-centred care.

Each tenant is able to choose their own individual room décor and is encouraged to participate in the running of the house with guidance if required.

We specialize in autism/ASD, challenging behaviour, Downs syndrome, epilepsy, hearing, speech and visual impairment and stroke care services. We also provide short-term respite care to help families and loved ones take a break from their caring roles.

Ashleigh Smyth-Osborne is the Registered Manager, and together with an established team of experienced and trained staff, works throughout the day and night to ensure that our tenants care needs are met.

We have excellent working relationships with local professionals (GPs, Community Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapists, SALT, Psychologists, Commissioners etc.) and have a strong reputation for providing good quality care support.
