Shevington Court is a 46 bedded Care Home specialising in care for the Elderly. Specifically Residential, Nursing and Palliative Care Service Users, all of which can be on a permanent, respite or day care basis. Built in 1988, the home is a purpose-built spacious building, all rooms are single occupancy and all bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. We have 4 lounges, two of which lead onto patios. The home also has use of a sensory garden accessible from one of the patios.
Shevington Court is approximately 1 mile from Prescot Town Centre, 4.5 miles from St Helens Town Centre. Shevington Court is accessible via the M62, M57 & A57 and is well served by an efficient bus route. The Post Office, Supermarket, Library, 4 Churches and a Park are all within easy reach of Shevington Court.
Service Users and Relatives are encouraged to participate in the Home’s commitment to quality. Service Users are actively encouraged to maintain outside links with the community and continue interests they followed prior to moving into our care home. Service Users have the right to have individual spiritual, cultural, social and emotional needs taken into consideration and implementation of the ongoing plan of care.
